    Imagine meeting at the heart space in the comfort of your own home twice a week!

    “These circles are such gifts! They are filled with mutual respect, support and care. And because people are so open, beautiful synchronicities are appreciated and even learned from. The collective energy and reflection of our states allows me to process what’s simular in me. The way the Circle is lead allows this processing to come gently and collectively.     What to expect

    • On average we have about 20-30 people joining us.

    • We encourage you to have your camera turned on so we can see you, and please let us know in the chat if this is your first time joining us!

    • The experience will last about 1 hour

    • The first 10 minutes is the invocation, which allows us as a group to drop into the space together, during the invocation the facilitator will share words of gratitude to the energies in that guide and support us during the process together. Honoring the essence of Cacao and elements of nature

    • The space is open for the group members to share their intention for the day

    • The facilitator or another group member will share about the energy moving through the day in the Mayan Cosmovision and share around the theme a conversation to activate and inspire the circle

    • We invite the group to have open conversations around their connection to the energy of the day

    • At times, there will be a question asked for the circle to discuss in smaller group for about 10 minutes

    • As we return to the main meeting after the small group discussions, someone will share what came up for them, a song is shared, and the closing invocation will take place

    Tips for an Optimal Experience

    • Please be sure to join the space on time ✨

    • If possible eat a light meal up to 2 hours before and hydrate throughout the day

    • Avoid alcohol and coffee up to 6 hours before the experience

    • Cleanse your space with herb of choice, rose or Florida water

    • Set yourself up in a quiet space that feels comfortable and nourishing to you. You can also sit at your altar with a candle

    • Pillows to sit on, meaningful objects, a journal and a pen, headphones, and water are also nice things to have nearby

    • Please prepare your Cacao before ~ give yourself plenty of time to make your cacao in a slow + intentional way 🙏 Have your computer ready and you can also put your cacao in a thermos to keep the temperature

    • We'll open the space together and take our first sip together, so please wait to drink it

    Preparing your Cacao

    First time preparing Ceremonial Cacao? Florencia Fridman Co Founder of Cacao Lab is here to guide you! Typically a meditation serving is about 1 ounce (28 grams). This can also be measured with about 2 heaping tablespoons of chopped or granulated cacao. This is a great place to start 🙏

    How are Florecer & Cacao Lab connected?

    Cacao Lab was started by brother & sister Co Founders Fede Fridman & Florencia Fridman. Florecer is the experiential sister company started by Florencia.

    Do I need to be spiritual to drink Cacao?

    Cacao is not just a spiritual tool…Cacao is also a super food! Chances are you have seen Cacao nibs or cacao powder added to smoothies etc. Our circles are here to assist folks in building a deeper relationship with themselves, others and this rich ancestral plant.

    How do I get access to the Cacao Circles?

    Once you register, you receive 1 week for free. Upon signing up you will receive an email automation with all the details including access to the Florecer Mighty Networks Virtual Cacao Community Group.
