An Invitation to Go Within

We are living through a time of profound change, inviting us to turn inward, listen more deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within us.

The ancestral ways remind us of the importance of developing a relationship with the plants and remembering their role as allies in our journey.

Join us on in a 7 day immersion where Guayusa will guide us to bring more clarity of our path and activate the wisdom of the Amazon within us.

Guayusa is a sacred Amazonian plant deeply revered by many traditions of the Ecuadorian Amazon. Through the guidance of Manari Ushigua, it has become an important plant ally for Florencia and a plant we feel called to share at this particular time.

Traditionally, Guayusa has been used to support clarity, dreams, discernment, and connection with one's path. It can invite us to see more clearly what is asking for our attention, illuminate conversations that need to happen, and create space to receive guidance through our dreams and inner listening.

This journey is an invitation to enter into a deeper relationship with the spirit of Guayusa to slow down, listen, and allow clarity to emerge.

This is a virtual guided process. The journey will take place over 7 days, during which you will drink Guayusa each day and create an intentional space for connection, listening, and inner clarity.

We will begin with an initial live session, where we will share the practices and guidance for the 7 days, including how to prepare and how to work with the plant throughout the process.

The rest of the dieta will be held from your own space, following the guidance shared in our initial session. You will be invited to pay particular attention to your dreams, intuition, emotions, conversations, and the areas of your life where greater clarity may begin to emerge.

The intention is to create a space of pause and deep listening, to approach Guayusa as a plant ally and remain open to what may be revealed through this relationship.

Meet Your Guides

  • Manari Ushigua

    Manari is a Sapara leader, healer, and wisdom keeper from the Ecuadorian Amazon. As President of the Naku Foundation and co-founder of the Naku Center, he guides Indigenous-led models of forest preservation, cultural resilience, and spiritual renewal. A successor to a long lineage of healers, his leadership has protected over 900,000 acres of pristine rainforest and strengthened Sapara sovereignty amid growing external pressures. Recognized by UNESCO and CONAIE for his work in cultural preservation and environmental defense, Manari continues to share the ancestral teachings of dreams, ceremony, and forest intelligence. Through his voice and vision, he reminds the world that the Amazon is not a resource it is a living, sacred being, essential to the balance of all life.

  • Florencia Fridman

    Florencia Fridman is a self-empowerment artist working globally with heart opening therapies involving Ceremonial Grade Cacao, yoga, sound journeys, and breath as instruments for transformation. Florencia is passionate about supporting the voices of indigenous nations, wisdom keepers, and guardians of the sacred lands. She works with the Mayan tradition from Guatemala and the the Sapara Nation of Ecuador.

    She shares her passion for Theobroma Cacao through education and ceremony globally. Florencia has opened for Deepak Chopra, has facilitated ceremonies for the corporate world at Spotify, and has been a guest to teach at NYU.

    Florencia is the co-Founder of Cacao Laboratory, a Ceremonial Cacao brand aiming to bring awareness of a regenerative world through the voice of Cacao. She is also the founder of Florecer Community, bridging modern and ancient wisdom to create a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
