1-on-1 Coaching w/ Florencia Fridman (In Person ~ NYC + Jersey City)
After spending almost 2 decades in the wellness industry, Florencia understands that there are different needs for different times and stages of life.
During this session, we will connect over a cup of ceremonial Cacao and explore what modality is appropriate for the healing, alignment, and direction of the person receiving the session. Combining different aspects of Florencia’s work, a typical session may incorporate Rebirthing breathing modality, Neo Emotional Release (somatic and trauma healing), as well as a guided sound meditation, or life coaching.
When arranging the first session, there will be a 30 minute talking session to understand the needs of the individual as well as an intake form needed to be filled out prior to the session.
First session will be about 2 hours long. Follow up sessions range from 90 minutes to 2 hours.
