Food as Medicine

Weaving Wellness & Planetary Impact

Join us in Puerto Rico
Dec 4-7th, 2025
Retreat with Florencia Fridman, Jordan “Coa Turey” Dossantos
& Sara Loaiza

By weaving together mindful eating, ancestral food wisdom, and embodiment practices, this retreat offers the highest potential for transformation: a shift in how you nourish yourself and the planet. You’ll gain practical tools for conscious cooking and sourcing, deepen your awareness of the emotional and spiritual layers of eating, and awaken a sense of reverence for every bite. The goal is not just to inspire but to equip you with habits and rituals that you can integrate into daily life.

You will leave with a clearer mind, a more vibrant body, an open heart, and a renewed commitment to living in harmony with nature.

Be guided

Our purpose is to guide you into a profound reconnection with the food you eat, the Earth that provides it, and the body and spirit that receive it.
